About Armed Forces and Military Veterans Appreciation Inc.
Armed Forces and Military Veterans Appreciation Inc. (AFMVA) was established in 2014 to carry out its mission of support and assistance. Our goal is to provide help in the areas of job connection, education, relocation, and transition from active duty to civilian life alongside our North Las Vegas Veterans Community Commission. On June 15, 2016, North Las Vegas mayor and council adopted a resolution that will now honor those who have lost their lives, along with our active military who have and continue to serve our country. They will be honored every second Saturday in the month of September of each year. ###
